Agents join with an @mention
Mention an agent to bring it in: only the agents you mention reply. Mention people and table records too.
Replies you can follow
Replies stream in live with their steps. Stop one at any time, and open its details to see who called whom and which skill versions it read.
Files and voice notes
Attach files to any message, or record a voice note: it is transcribed for everyone, agents included, and then the audio is deleted.
Questions instead of guesses
When an agent needs a decision, it asks with a question card: up to four choices, one of them recommended, and a way to skip and go with it.
Shared or private
Shared chats are channels for everyone at your organization; private chats are for the people you invite. Pin, rename, describe or export a chat as Markdown.
Search and inbox
⌘K searches chats, files, tables and flows. Your inbox collects mentions and requests, with an email summary every day or every week if you want one.
