Every plan includes a monthly amount of AI tokens for your agents: the unit the models themselves count, so there are no credits to convert.
Each plan comes with a monthly amount of tokens, shared by the whole organization. Everything an agent reads and writes counts: replies, flow steps and voice note transcripts.
Usage shows each agent's replies, tokens and spend this month, next to your storage, so you always know where it went.
Set daily and monthly AI budgets with a warning at 80%, choose the models your agents may use, and pause every agent with one switch.
Need more than your plan includes? Extra tokens cost the regular price of the model your agents use, plus 50% on Starter, 30% on Growth and 20% on Scale. They only run up to the AI budget you set, and Enterprise gets its own price.

A token is a small piece of text, about four characters of English. Agents spend tokens to read (instructions, skills, the chat and its files) and to write their replies, and both count. Usage shows the tokens of each agent.
Your agents keep working with extra tokens, at the regular price plus 50% on Starter, 30% on Growth or 20% on Scale, up to the AI budget you set. Once the budget is spent they pause until next month, and your team keeps working as usual.
